A RAYTOWN FAMILY BUSINESS SINCE 2000
Bob's Rooter Service was founded in 2000 by Bob Trowbridge in Raytown, Missouri. Bob grew up in Eastern Kansas City and Independence, learned the trade behind the counter of his parents' hardware store in KC's historic Northeast, and spent nine years as a shop manager and service tech before going out on his own.
Today Bob's son Brett is the only full-time employee besides Bob, and Bob's wife Glenis manages the office. When you call, you get the family — not a call center.
