When a fixture has reached the end of its life, or you are updating a kitchen or bath, we handle the plumbing side of the work: toilets, lavatory and kitchen faucets, sinks and vanities, tub and shower valves, angle stops and supply lines, garbage disposals, hose bibbs, laundry boxes, and the drain, waste and vent piping that ties it all together.

Replacement work in older Kansas City area housing stock is rarely as simple as swapping like for like. A 1950s bath may have a 1½" galvanized drain arm that has closed up to the diameter of a pencil, a vent that was never quite right, or a closet flange sitting well below a floor that has been tiled over twice. We deal with what is actually behind the wall rather than forcing a new fixture onto tired piping and calling it done.

Bob's background is directly relevant here. He grew up cutting and threading black iron and galvanized pipe on a Ridgid threading machine at his parents' hardware store in KC's historic Northeast, supplying parts for some of the oldest homes and businesses in the city, then spent nine years as a shop manager and service tech in commercial and residential plumbing before founding this shop in 2000. Odd fittings, obsolete sizes and mixed-era piping are not a surprise to us.
